KET announces the following changes to its Greater Louisville Regional Board, effective October 2015:
Sherry Miller Feldpausch, a trust professional with Louisville-based Glenview Trust Company and board member since 2014, has been named the board’s new chair.
Feldpausch succeeds chair Vickie Yates Brown, NUCLEUS President & CEO, who was instrumental in raising more than $500,000 for KET on behalf of the Greater Louisville Regional Board during her tenure as chair. Brown will continue on as a member of the board, which works to secure funding for KET programs and services.
An attorney and specialist in estate taxation, Feldpausch is a graduate of Kentucky Wesleyan College and the University of Louisville, where she received her JD in 1986. She began her professional career at Citizens Fidelity Bank and Trust Company – which became PNC Bank – specializing in the areas of estate and inheritance tax. Before joining Glenview, she previously served as PNC’s Director and Trust Administrator. In addition to KET’s Greater Louisville Regional Board, Feldpausch also serves on the Board of Trustees for Kentucky Wesleyan College and the Louisville Ballet Board.
Additionally, Valerie Scott, Controller for LGE & KU and board member since 2013, will serve as the inaugural vice chair for KET’s Greater Louisville Regional Board, beginning next month.
Scott, a 22-year veteran of the utility industry and a licensed CPA, began her career as a member of Ernst & Young’s audit department before joining LG&E and KU. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and an MBA, both from the University of Louisville.
